Main home description
: Villa Libelula is a fabulous modern villa offering a luxurious holiday setting. The large private swimming pool is set in pretty mediterranean gardens, with a barbecue and choice of shaded or unshaded patio areas. The villa was designed with care by the owner, to provide light and space throughout the villa. The large lounge has floor to ceiling windows and leades on to the open plan kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. All of the rooms are spacious and the master bedroom is huge! The master bedroom has a lounge area, leading out to the large private terrace, the window shutters have electric operation from the bed to allow you to relax with the sun streaming into your room, the ensuite bathroom boasts a large jaccuzi bath. The villa is well decorated and furnished to provide a feeling of luxury throughout.
The Villa is in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, yet is within easy reach of a supermarket, a few bar/restaurants and a bakery. There are three lovely sandy beaches in Las Tres Calas itself as well many more along the coast. The coastline in this area of the Costa Dorada (Gold Coast) is among the most beautiful and unspoilt in the Mediterranean. The villa is easily accessible with Ryan Air operating daily flights from Glasgow, Liverpool, Stansted, Luton and Dublin into Reus only 35mins away.

The villa is extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished throughout.
There are 2 double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom has direct access to a large private roof terrace, and electric window shutters operated from the bed. The downstairs double bedroom has patio doors leading to the patio and garden.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large corner bath and shower attachment and the other with a large walk in shower.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted, and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday.

: Villa Sample 2 has absolutely fabulous outside space, with a feeling of total privacy. There are a choice of terraces both shaded and unshaded, a lovely barbecue area with a pergola, and fabulous Mediterranean gardens, with an abundance of relaxation and sunbathing space.
Description of the local area
: The town of L'Ametlla de Mar is a breath of fresh air and is one of the gems of the Mediterranean coastline. L’Ametlla de Mar is a popular destination for couples and families. Many return year after year to soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town, which has retained it’s traditional charm. L’Ametlla de Mar offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. An ideal location for a relaxing drink in the sunshine, or on a warm evening. You can also enjoy the tapas bars on the port, where you can watch the daily catch being reeled in. For the ‘night owls’ a more lively evening can be spent in one of the many bars, or disco-bars on offer. There is an indoor market held everyday selling fresh produce and a twice weekly outdoor market offering clothes, shoes, bags, and souvenirs, all at great prices. Most of the local towns host weekly markets. One of the most popular being the Sunday market in Hospitalet del Infant (approx 15 minutes away). This is a bustling market in the summer with a wide selection of clothes, bags and jewellery stands.

Rental Conditions
: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Deposit - A 50% non/refundable deposit is due to secure your booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks before travel.
Security Deposit - There will be a security deposit of 300 Euros payable in cash on arrival (in either local currency or pounds sterling). This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the apartment and it´s contents being returned to the property owner in the same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.
